How blocks work

What's a block?

One finished slice of product — a page, a feature, a flow. UX, UI, development and QA all live inside it, so there's no separate line for each discipline.

One unit price

Every block costs the same. A small feature is one block; a bigger one is sized as two or three. Same maths, every time.

No timesheets

You're buying finished work, not hours. Meetings, handovers and the time it takes to get it right aren't your problem.

Discovery at cost

We don't profit from working out what to build, so there's no reason to pad it. Discovery is priced at cost.

Why we do it

Day rates reward going slow and hide the real cost until the invoice lands. Blocks put the price up front, turn scope into a conversation about value, and let you add or drop work without renegotiating the whole project.
